William Stephen Richard King-Hall, Baron King-Hall of Headley (21 January 1893 – 2 June 1966) used to be a British naval officer, author, baby-kisser and playwright. He received the rank of Commander within the provider of the Royal military in 1928, prior to resigning in 1929. He wrote a number of performs among 1924 and 1940. He joined the Royal Institute of foreign Affairs in 1929, having formerly been provided their Gold Medal for his 1920 thesis on submarine struggle. (Excerpt from Wikipedia)
